Robyn O’Bryen – Director
Robyn has had extensive experience in catering and food preparation. After many years bringing up a husband and four children, Robyn spent 10 years as proprietor of Creative Catering, planning and organising birthdays, weddings, executive lunches in clients’ homes and at various venues in northern Sydney.
In 2000, Robyn indulged her passion for caring for children by joining the special needs unit at Brigidine College St Ives. After eight years in that unit, Robyn took the opportunity to join Brigidine’s TAS Department which re-kindled her desire to prepare and present fine food.
In 2011, Robyn took over North Manly Gourmet Food. Life has been busy since then but Robyn loves every minute ensuring her functions provide the best in food and service.
Distinguished guests at functions have included former Premier of NSW, Bob Carr, former Prime Minister, Bob Hawke and television celebrity Ray Martin.
Robyn and her husband have also been foser carers with Anglicare for over 15 years caring for over 100 children during that time.
In 2010, Robyn was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for her service to youth, particularly foster care.
